Terms Of Service

• I have the right to decline the commission for whatever reason
• No refunds will be accepted after payment
- I ask you to be sure before you decide to commission me
• PayPal only
• Payment right after the final sketch is sent
• Price may vary depending on complexity
• Usually, it takes me 1 to 3 days to complete a simple drawing, but it might take longer or shorter depending on the complexity of the piece
• Changes can only be made at early stages [(sketch / lineart) that I will send]
• Please, have reference for what you're looking for (character, pose, something specific...)
- Keep in mind that it is possible that we have a different vision in mind, so it would be best if you are very detailed on what you want. And don't be afraid to ask to change something when possible!
• Once you have the finished product, you can do pretty much whatever you want, but I still hold the ownership as the creator;
- This means that I can post it or use it for commission examples
- Also, what you commission from me can only be used for personal purposes (such as pfp, etc...)
• Do not use my art for commercial use
• If you ever decide to post the drawing commissioned from me, please tag my tumblr or link this site
- I think it goes without saying, but don't post the commissioned piece and claim it as yours
• Don't trace, alter, edit, and re-sell the commission
- On this note; you can colour the doodles, but if you were to post it, please specify that you did so
• Do not use my art for feeding AI models
- This goes for character.ai pfp and other similar apps
• Empty blogs that ask me if im available for commissions, either in dm or in comments, will automatically be marked as bots and blocked
• If you notice that someone broke one of these rules - while I didn't - I would be really grateful if you could tell me.

Won't Draw

• furries;
• complex mecha;
• complex backgrounds;
• NSFW;
• for commercial use;
• offensive content;
• sensitive topics;
• any type of gore or suggestive themes on underage characters.
